+ What do you bring vs. what should I provide?
We supply professional cleaning products, cloths, and standard equipment (vacuum, mop). If you prefer eco-only products, just let us know — we’re happy to use them.
+ How do bookings and access work?
Choose a plan and a time window. Access can be via door staff, key safe, or you can be home — whatever suits you. We’ll confirm everything by message on the day.
+ Do I need to tidy before you arrive?
No stress. A quick declutter helps us focus on cleaning rather than moving items, but it’s not required. For best results on Deep/End-of-Tenancy, please clear surfaces and empty cupboards if you want inside cleaning.
+ Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll return to put it right.
+ What is your cancellation policy?
Free changes or cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, a small late-change fee may apply.
+ Do you cover my area?
We currently serve central and surrounding neighbourhoods. Message us with your postcode, and we’ll confirm availability.
+ Are you insured and background-checked?
Yes — our team is fully insured and vetted. We can provide documentation on request.
+ Can I book recurring cleans?
Absolutely. Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly schedules are available with priority slots and a loyalty rate.
